Telephone Services
Payment Information
Telephone Bills are issued the first of each month and are due by the 15th day of that month. If your bill is paid after the 20th of the month, the amount paid may appear as a balance on your next bill. Telephone bills are payable by mail, in person by automatic bank withdrawal. (See Below.)
Office hours at our business office in Coon Valley are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday though Friday. There is also a deposit box at the front entrance so you can drop your payment in the box any time.
For your convenience, the the following locations will accept telephone payments for Coon Valley Farmers Telephone Company: Fortress Bank of Chaseburg and River Bank of Stoddard.
For your convenience, Coon Valley Farmers Telephone Company will provide as a free service, Automatic Bank Withdrawal. It is now easier than ever to pay your telephone bill, without writing a check. Each month you will recive your telephone bill as usual. On the 15th of every month or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, your bank or financial institution will automatically deduct your payment from your savings or checking account.
