If you are experiencing issues with your TV service, try the steps below:
- Make sure the time is showing up on the front of the box. This means the box has power and has a network connection. If it does not show the time verify the power cord is connected to both the box and the outlet.
- Make sure you are on the correct TV input. By using the remote that came with your TV, there should be a button that has the label SOURCE or INPUT. Use this button to select the correct input that the cable box is using.
- Reboot the set-top box. Simply unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds then plug it back in. If you are still having issues call us at (608)452-3101 for further troubleshooting.
