TV Problems

If you are experiencing issues with your TV service, try the steps below:

  1. Make sure the time is showing up on the front of the box.  This means the box has power and has a network connection.  If it does not show the time verify the power cord is connected to both the box and the outlet.
  2. Make sure you are on the correct TV input.  By using the remote that came with your TV, there should be a button that has the label SOURCE or INPUT.  Use this button to select the correct input that the cable box is using.
  3. Reboot the set-top box. Simply unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds then plug it back in.  If you are still having issues call us at (608)452-3101 for further troubleshooting.
